My name is Jason Donahoe. I’m a copywriter. I’ve written copy that sells $4 boxes of popsicles, $400 jeans, $40,000 educations, and $400,000 wristwatches.

Growing up I played defensive tackle, then served two terms as theater club president. I’ve scooped ice cream professionally, tended a mini-golf course, sold fishing bait, and driven a diesel-powered miniature train at a county park. Then came the fashion stuff.

I’d like to think I’ve learned a little about a lot of things. All that learning’s pretty useful for a writer.

I’ve put it to good use writing one-offs, campaigns, and content pieces. Print, web, social, out-of-home, in-stadium, television and e-commerce. I’ve dreamt up activations and print publications. I’ve written 80-page college admissions viewbooks, fashion magazines and taglines for daytime TV.

I like to write. And I’d like to write something for you.
